I have a battery-operated cat.

Yes, that's right; just behind the liver and on top of the pancreas, not far at all from the common bile duct, Bella has a small battery pack. Which has to be recharged from time to time.

So I have to plug her in, and she has to remain tethered there in her bed until she's fully charged.
She tends to get bored.

Can't I get up yet?

Ready to face the world.

Hilarious! You take the best pictures of your cat!
Battery operated cats are so much lower-maintenance. I had one with one of those built-in lithium batteries that can't be removed after they lose their ability to recharge.
